Acne treatment

At Laserway we offer a range of treatments depending on the severity of your Acne. Our acne treatment include:

  • IPL (Intense Pulse Light) to aid the destruction of the bacteria that's causing problems and balance oil production.

  • Chemical Peels this will treat come-domes, large pores and pustules while also improving your over all skin and texture.

  • Pixel will treat acne scarring and skin texture. This is a skin resurfacing treatment.

IPL targets special kind of bacteria called Propionibacterium acne. This bacteria is responsible for the inflammation of acne lesions. The Ellipse Acne treatment uses high-intensity blue violet light that activates photo toxic substances called porphyrins, present in this bacteria.

The activated porphyrins start a chemical reaction that produces peroxide which selectively destroys the p.acne bacteria without any damage to normal skin.

IPL will also treat redness associated with acne and increase collagen and elastin.

Your overall skin will be rejuvenated and healthy skin.

A full face will take 30 - 45 mins.

Skin Peels

Cost: £50 full face

A full face will take 30 - 45 mins. Depending on your skin concern, we have a peel suitable to treat the condition. A beta & alpha-hydroxy acid cocktail. Can be treated on all skin types. The light peel will reduce and treats mild to moderate types of acne while resurfacing and smoothing the skin after just one treatment.
